We will start with deconstruction, demolition, and disposal of debris. After that, we will inspect all open areas and update if we need to adjust any of the layout plans, which sometimes is needed because of the supporting framework, etc.

Usually, we then start with Plumbing rough-in, if needed, framing adjustments, and backing for fixtures, followed by electrical rough-in work.

After testing pipes and wires under pressure, the walls will be closed by our drywaller, and then primer and the first coat of paint will be applied.

Now we can start applying waterproof materials and install tiles, followed by cabinet and counter installation, and then finishing work for plumbing and electric, tiled backsplash install, Wood floor or carpet installation, baseboards & trim installation.
