If you decide to work with us, we will optimize room layout including sketches/drawings. Guide you choosing materials & fixtures to suit your family needs. Provide specifications for tile layout, closet layout, cabinet & counter layout and more.
Building a step by step work list for all trades and a time schedule to accommodate your finish deadline.
Step 2: Startup and Scheduling of Trades
Defining and ordering materials and fixtures.
Confirming time schedule for all the trades as well as a progress payment schedule for you.
The day before the actual construction starts we put up protective dividers for existing "none construction" areas.
Every project can encompass anywhere you would like to have work done; Laundry room upgrades, Bathroom, Kitchen renovation, electric upgrades like LED pot lights, new doors and windows, custom closet fittings, new floors and base boards for your living area, drywall, high quality painting, Roofing, European Gutters, Landscaping, Walkways, Stairs.
Step 3: Construction
We will start with deconstruction, demolition, and disposal of debris. After that, we will inspect all open areas and update if we need to adjust any of the layout plans, which sometimes is needed because of supporting framework etc.
Usually, we then start with Plumbing rough-in, if needed framing adjustments and backing for fixtures, followed by electrical rough-in work.
After testing pipes and wires under pressure, the walls will be closed by our drywaller and than primer and first coat of paint will be applied.
Now we can start applying to waterproof materials and install tiles, followed by cabinet- and counter installation and then finishing work for plumbing and electric, tiled backsplash install, Wood floor or carpet installation, baseboards & trim installation.
Trades will vary depending on the job.
Step 4: Clean Up
The final painting would be next, followed by interior closet fittings, and side clean up, painting touch-ups if needed.
Taking down all the protection materials, Final clean up the work site and removing all construction debris.
We also do cleanups over the time of the construction, a well will start to take protecting materials down for any finished areas.
You only will work with one designer/project manager who will handle your hassle and stress-free renovation.
